When you shop with BNB, it is our topmost priority to deliver quality products and to give you a hassle-free online shopping experience.
We offer free shipping for orders above INR 1000 across India.
For express / 48 hours delivery please contact us on ……….. to organise the same. Shipping charges will be as per actuals.
Charges for COD orders is INR 150/-. You have to make full payment at the time of delivery. Please note, express shipping is not provided for COD orders.
International – For international orders shipping & handling fees is charged based on the weight of the package and country we need to ship the product to. You will need to pay customs duty as per the duty applicable to the country the product needs to be shipped to. Customs duty will be at actuals and you will need to pay the customs duty at the time of delivery. Expected delivery timelines based on location
Within India: 5 to 10 working days for the courier to be delivered International: 10 to 15 working days for the courier to be delivered. As soon as we ship your order, we send you a notification by email and share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it. (PS: international deliveries maybe subject to custom duties that the customer will have to pay to receive the package. We only charge shipping fee and not customs duty.)
Delivery of the orders will be made only to the address mentioned during the booking of the order. Please ensure the delivery address with Landmark and receiver's name and contact no. details for your order is accurate and complete. Change of address can be accepted only of the product which has not left for delivery.
Please do note, incorrect mobile numbers, pin codes and addresses can not be updated once goods have shipped and the product would be delayed in reaching you as they would first be returned to our warehouses and then re-shipped to you.
We will not be responsible for not delivering order as per notified time given to customer in situations or circumstances like transport hurdles, traffic conditions, strikes, accident, natural calamity etc. or any other condition which is beyond our control. Customer has to accept the delivery and liable to make full payment as per order booking.
Exchanges & Returns:
Returns –
We, as a brand, ensure your little ones’ comfort while keeping the garments chic and stylish! We pride ourselves on our high-quality craftsmanship and natural fabrics which are best fit for little kids. We hope you’ll be completely happy with your purchase, but we’ll gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items (except those marked “Sale”) within 7 DAYS from the time of delivery. We are available on weekdays, Monday – Friday from 10 am-5 pm (IST).
Please note that personalized products are crafted uniquely for you and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Terms & Conditions for Return:
1. The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with BNB Quality Assurance Team. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way
2. Print and color variation is inherent to the hand-block printing process, thus we do not accept return or exchange for the same.
3. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
4. The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you (at your request).
5. If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a credit note for the same. (Validity for the credit note is six months from the date of issue). Store credit given to the customer is not transferable to other user/s.
6. We cannot refund the original shipping charges or the COD charges.
7. Return courier is to be done by the customer if the pin code is inaccessible or remote. In such cases we shall refund a courier charge of INR 80/- after quality check. In all the other cases, we shall get the product picked up from the address it was originally delivered to.
8. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the terms and conditions are met).
Once a payment has been made & product(s) are delivered. The customer can return the products back to us incase they are unhappy with the same. (Please note PERSONALISED products CANNOT be returned or exchanged)
9. We do not offer replacements or returns on discounted or season-end sale products. We do offer size exchange, subject to availability, for these discounted products though.
To Return and Exchange
Please email your return request to care@beadsandbutton.com, include following in your mail:
a) Name,
b) Order number,
c) Name or SKU of the item(s) you wish to return,
d) Reason for return, and
e) The photo of the defected part.
