Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges & Returns:

We, as a brand, ensure your little ones’ comfort while keeping the garments chic and stylish! We pride ourselves on our high-quality craftsmanship and natural fabrics which are best fit for little kids. We hope you’ll be completely happy with your purchase, but we’ll gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items (except those marked “Sale”) within 7 DAYS from the time of delivery. We are available on weekdays, Monday – Friday from 10 am-5 pm (IST).

Please note that personalized products are crafted uniquely for you and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Terms & Conditions for Return:

1. The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with BNB Quality Assurance Team. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way

2. Print and colour variation is inherent to the hand-block printing process, thus we do not accept return or exchange for the same.

3. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.

4. The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you (at your request).

5. If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a credit note for the same. (Validity for the credit note is six months from the date of issue). Store credit given to the customer is not transferable to other user/s.

6. We cannot refund the original shipping charges or the COD charges.

7. Return courier is to be done by the customer if the pin code is inaccessible or remote. In such cases we shall refund a courier charge of INR 80/- after quality check. In all the other cases, we shall get the product picked up from the address it was originally delivered to.

8. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the products are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the terms and conditions are met). Once a payment has been made & product(s) are delivered. The customer can return the products back to us incase they are unhappy with the same. (Please note PERSONALISED products CANNOT be returned or exchanged)

9. We do not offer replacements or returns on discounted or season-end sale products. We do offer size exchange, subject to availability, for these discounted products though.

a) Name,
b) Order number,
c) Name or SKU of the item(s) you wish to return,
d) Reason for return, and
e) The photo of the defected part.

Care Instructions: We kindly advise adhering to the care instructions provided with our products to prolong their lifespan and minimize wear and tear during everyday use.

RETURN AND REFUND

We take the utmost care in serving our customers and deliver the orders as per booking confirmation. However, if you observe any damage in packaging products are not ok or the quantity or type/category is not as per the order booking, kindly check all these at the time of delivery. Please notify us on 9004633090 or care@beadsandbutton.com at the earliest. We will replace it for you at the next earliest delivery time or day as per availability of the products and quantity you had ordered. Any claims thereafter would not be entertained under any circumstances.
