The right kind of support is all that matters.
I've always been a globetrotter. Travel has never been a hobby- it's been a part of who I am.
So when I got pregnant, I kept hearing the same thing over and over again- "The initial years of motherhood are tough," "You won't be able to travel," "Everything will have to wait."
But somewhere deep down, I knew I didn't want to stop- I just wanted to adapt.
I told myself, I will travel with my baby.
And when Baby V, turned 4 months, we took her to the first International trip.
There were questions, of course- about routines, sleep, food, the unpredictability of it all. But with the right kind of support, everything felt possible. It wasn't about breaking the said, it was about holding on to who I am, while growing into who I was becoming.
Because sometimes, all it takes is the right support to remind you- you don't have to give up yourself to become a mother.
